Tamara built a successful life, thriving as a business owner, high performer, and devoted parent. To others, it looked like she had it all together. Yet internally, she was quietly struggling with burnout, emotional heaviness, and a deep sense of unfulfillment she couldn’t explain.
For years, she moved through patterns of narcissistic relationships and emotional instability without fully understanding the root cause. Like many high-functioning individuals, she learned to cope, push through, and stay busy, never realizing how much she was carrying beneath the surface.
Everything changed when she discovered MAP. Through this work, Tamara was able to access and heal the root of long-standing patterns, including C-PTSD and relationship dynamics that had shaped her life for years. The transformation was profound, bringing a sense of joy, freedom, and inner peace she had never known before.
Experiencing this level of transformation inspired her to become a MAP Practitioner. She is passionate about supporting individuals who feel stuck, disconnected, or unfulfilled despite their efforts or outward success. Through MAP, she helps them release subconscious blocks and reconnect with their true selves so they can step into a life of peace, freedom, and deep inner fulfillment.
