Tahira experienced complex trauma in her childhood resulting in a lifelong journey to recovery. In her teenage years, she moved from one orphanage to the next and eventually became addicted to drugs. With the help of years of various inpatient rehab centers, she finally got clean.
Her recovery included every form of trauma healing and rehabilitation there is, including medical therapy, inpatient and outpatient rehab, psychosomatic clinic, psychiatric treatment, classical therapy, creative arts therapy and more. During this time, she also studied systemic family constellations and completed shamanic training.
Despite all these forms of treatment, she was only really able to heal the root of her trauma with MAP. Through her belief in MAP and her passion for healing in general, she decided to become a MAP Practitioner and now offers MAP in German and English.
