After completing her MAP journey in 2020, Nicole experienced deep trauma healing, relief, and lasting peace. This transformation inspired her to become a certified MAP Practitioner so she could support others in accessing the same profound shifts in their own lives.

Before dedicating herself fully to healing work, Nicole built a solid professional background in the insurance industry and later in sales management. Through her own experiences with high responsibility, overcommitment, and carrying burdens that weren’t hers to bear, she developed a keen understanding of the challenges many people face in managing stress, anxiety, toxic work environments, and performance pressure.

Nicole brings this insight into her work as a MAP Practitioner, supporting clients in reclaiming their inner peace, emotional freedom, and personal strength. Through MAP’s gentle and effective approach, she guides people out of emotional survival mode and into empowerment, inner stability, and self-directed living.
